Due to the ever growing need for affordable seniors' housing in Calgary, we are currently operating with a Waiting List.

Guidelines set forward by Alberta Seniors stipulate that each applicant be scored based on their situation and need. Unlike the usual first-come-first-served system, those with the greatest need are placed first.

Suitable candidates must undergo a personal interview. Please contact the Manager of the Property for which you are applying to schedule an appointment.

Please bring your completed application as well as your most recent Notice of Assessment from Canada Revenue Agency as proof of your income.

If English is not your first language and you may have difficulty answering questions, we ask that you have a person who can assist with translating on hand.
